Well, we cannot blame them, kasi they don’t have a deeper knowledge sa technical analysis at trading. May nabasa siguro silang article na nagsasabi na ito ay hindi working. Yes, hindi ito working sa mga taong hindi nakaka alam gumamit nito or have a little knowledge about this

In this article, we will try to dissect technical analysis.

So what is technical analysis?

According to Wikipedia

“an analysis methodology for forecasting the direction of prices through the study of past market data…”

That is a good definition, pero let me elaborate this a little bit based on the certain books that I read.

Technical analysis is a risk management tool that can be used to define the probability of price movements, by studying the historical data. This is a study of mass psychology with a combination of science and arts.

Ang mga nakikita natin sa historical data ay ang mga nakaraan na naging desisyon ng bawat traders at investors sa market. Ang market ay binubuo ng enthusiasm ng buyers and sellers between fear and greed. At ito ay makikita natin sa mga chart patterns.

Ang technical analysis ay applicable sa lahat market.

Bakit?

Because of human emotions and psychology. Ang mga nangyari sa nakaraan ay pwedeng maulit uli sa hinaharap, kasi ang pagkakamali ng tao nang dahil sa emosyon ay pwedeng mangyari ulit.
Ang market ay cyclical at laging may mga new traders at investors na pumapasok dito.

Ang pag kakamali ng mga nauna sa market ay uulitin lamang ng mga kapapasok lang sa market.

Kaya hindi ka dapat mag taka kung bakit may mga chart patterns na nauulit at lumalabas sa iba’t ibang time frame.

Bukod sa emosyon ang tao ay may memories. Natatandaan nila kung saan sila nagkamali at ayaw nila itong maulit.

Let me give you an example with the 3 types of traders.

Si trader 1(long position) ay bumili ng bitcoin sa halagang $5,500 sa pag aakalang tataas ang price nito. Pero ng ang bitcoin ay umabot ng $6,000 hindi ito agad ibenenta ni trader 1 dahil mas mataas pa ang kanyang expectation dito.

At bumagsak ang bitcoin hangang $5,000. Hindi naibenta ni trader 1 ang kanyang bitcoin. Ngayon trader 1 will remember na kapag umabot sa price ng $6,000 ang bitcoin kailangan nya na itong ibenta.

On the other side of the trade si trader 2(short position). Ang expectation nya ay pababa ang price ng bitcoin. Trader 2 will put a short position sa $5,500 price ng bitcoin. Same thing ni trader 1 pero mag kaiba ng expectation.

Ngayon tumakbo ang price ng bitcoin against sa ineexpect ni trader 2 at umabot ito ng $6,000 and he lose the trade. Bago ito bumaba sa $5,000. Now trader 2 will remember as well that he will put his short position when the price of bitcoin hit $6,000 range.

And that will create a resistance level on the price range of $6,000.

But remember technical analysis will not work alone. Isa lamang ito sa bumubuo sa isang complete trading system. Kung hindi nag wowork ang technical analysis sayo, you should remember that the weakest part of a trading system is the trader itself.

Kung may mga taong naging successful sa pag gamit ng technical analysis and became wealthy, what makes you think na hindi mo ito kayang gawin and other people can do it.
